If you have a difficult area on say just your hand or elbow you will get a better result rubbing Doctor Smooch over your whole arm than just on the most difficult area.

          (Stabilizers can be harmful, irritate or dry the skin or you have to use so much of them that you get a jar with more stabilizer than product and that's not much use).                When  we did our trials we found the best results came from leaving stabilisers out so that's what we did. Doctor Smooch has coconut oil as a base ingredient. It will            never be as hard as coconut oil but it will fluctuate between being a cream and an oil many times depending on the temperature. "I suffered from psoriasis of the scalp for many years and one night I poured most of a jar of coconut oil on my scalp to try and reduce the constant itching.
